Dear customers,
We would like to inform you that starting from Monday, December 8, 2025, the database service associated with the “Cloud 1” server of the iSMS 5.0 App will be discontinued.
This update applies only to IPL IP cameras and DVRs manufactured until the year 2020, inclusive.
What’s changing?
• Cloud Web Browser access to devices via the web browser will no longer be available.
• Direct access via IP/DDNS to DVRs or IP cameras will continue to function normally.
• In the iSMS 5.0 mobile app, you will need to change the access type from “user account” to “local account”.
Important
👉 This change will not affect the operation of your devices.
Video and audio streaming will continue to work normally from the app, simply using local account access.
